Qualifications Required:

• be allowed to work in the UK
• be aged at least 16 on 1st September
• have good written and communication skills enjoy helping people and solving problems
• be reliable, organised and willing to work hard

About the Scheme: Up to 3 years (3.5 years for Vehicle Maintenance).  You will be expected to achieve an NVQ level 3 in your chosen work area, a Key Skills qualification and a BTEC (or similar) further education qualification or technical certificate, normally on day release. Those on the higher Apprenticeship scheme will study for a foundation degree.
